Neurodiversity, Risk & Innovation Consulting with Silvan Ruthenberg
Neuroinclusion, Risk & Adaptability for future-fit Organisations.
I’m Silvan Ruthenberg, a Switzerland-based neurodiversity and neuroinclusion consultant, neurodivergent keynote speaker and board advisor.
I work with organisations across Europe and globally that are dealing with rapid change, complex risk and constant innovation pressure and that want neurodiversity to be part of their strategy.
My work sits at the intersection of neuroinclusion, risk, innovation and organisational adaptability. I help leadership teams and boards understand how neurodivergent perspectives reveal blind spots, stress-test assumptions and open up new ways of thinking.
Together, we design approaches that make it easier for neurodivergent talent to contribute at their best, while strengthening your ability to spot risks earlier, innovate more intelligently and adapt faster.
I partner mainly with mid-sized companies to multinationals with a strong tech and digital affinity, as well as corporate boards, event organisers and journalists.
Whether I’m consulting on a multi-year transformation, supporting a board on risk and strategy, or speaking on stage as a keynote, MC or moderator, the focus is always the same:
Connect neurodiversity to concrete business outcomes.
If you’re looking for a way to treat neuroinclusion as a strategic lever for performance, resilience and growth, you’re in the right place.
Services: Neurodiversity Consulting, Speaking & Board Advisory

I help fast-moving, tech-focused organisations design and implement neuroinclusive cultures, processes and workplaces, linking neurodiversity directly to innovation, risk awareness and organisational resilience.
Typical work includes:
  • Developing neurodiversity and neuroinclusion strategies aligned with business goals
  • Reviewing and redesigning talent processes (recruitment, performance, promotion) to support neurodivergent employees
  • Equipping leaders with practical tools and language to work effectively with neurodivergent colleagues
  • Supporting HR, DEI and business teams to turn awareness into measurable, sustainable change

Alongside neuroinclusion, I support organisations with general business and transformation consulting – especially where change is complex, high-stakes or continuous.
I focus on:
  • Making strategy, culture and operating models coherent and connected
  • Helping leaders navigate regulatory, technological and market-driven change
  • Designing organisations that are adaptive by default, not only in a crisis
Typical outcomes include:
  • Clearer decision-making structures and ownership
  • Better alignment between strategy, people and processes
  • Increased capacity to experiment, learn and adjust without burning people out
This work is particularly well suited to high-tech, digital and innovation-driven businesses that need both speed and stability.

Alongside consulting, I work as an international keynote speaker, MC and moderator. I speak at:
  • Corporate events and leadership off-sites
  • Conferences and industry gatherings
  • Internal learning days and culture programmes
My sessions are designed for fast-moving, innovative organisations, boards and senior leaders who want more than inspirational slogans. I connect neurodiversity with real-world questions of ROI, risk and adaptability.
Typical topics include:
  • How neurodiversity can strengthen innovation and decision-making
  • Why neuroinclusion belongs in your risk and resilience strategy
  • What truly adaptive organisations look like in practice
  • How language, communication and psychological safety shape performance
I also collaborate with journalists and media as a commentator and explainer on neurodiversity, work and leadership – helping to frame the conversation in a way that’s both nuanced and practical.

advise corporate boards on how neurodiversity and neuroinclusion intersect with risk, governance, innovation and culture. I’m also actively interested in Non-Executive Director (NED) roles where a neurodivergent lens can add value to existing board capabilities.
Boards typically engage me to:
  • Integrate neurodiversity into risk and people strategies
  • Challenge assumptions around innovation, adaptability and culture
  • Identify blind spots in how organisations respond to complexity and change
I bring a combination of strategic experience, operational insight and lived neurodivergent perspective, helping boards ask better questions and see emerging issues earlier.
