Keynotes on Neurodiversity, Risk and Innovation
As a neurodivergent keynote speaker, I help audiences see neurodiversity not as a side topic, but as a core part of how organisations manage risk, innovation and adaptability. My keynotes combine lived experience, systems thinking and practical examples from work with startps, MMEs, MNCs and boards around the globe.
Depending on your event, we can focus on themes such as:
- How neurodiversity changes the way we perceive and manage risk
- Neuroinclusion as a driver of innovation and decision quality
- Building adaptive organisations in uncertain environments
- Everyday practices that make teams more human and high-performing at the same time

MC and Moderator for Corporate Events and Conferences
Beyond keynotes, I act as an MC and moderator for events where neurodiversity, risk, innovation or the future of work play a central role.
As an MC, I:
- Hold the narrative thread of your event
- Connect speakers and themes in a way that feels coherent and human
- Help audiences digest and apply what they hear
As a moderator, I:
- Design and facilitate panels and conversations that go beyond surface-level talking points
- Ask questions that bring out practical insight and diverse perspectives
- Create space for neurodivergent and quieter voices without tokenising anyone
This is especially valuable for events touching on sensitive or complex topics, where tone and framing really matter.
