Neurodivergent professionals are highly represented in fast-growing skills such as AI, cybersecurity and complex problem-solving — and when they feel included, their skill proficiency can be 10–17% higher than their peers'. Yet only around one in four say they feel truly included at work, and almost four in ten plan to leave within a year, often because of poor day-to-day management rather than ability.
