Neurodiversity keynote speaker for leadership events

I am the former Global Lead of the Institute of Neurodiversity, co-hosted the UN World Autism Awareness Day event from 2023 to 2025, and spoke at the Davos Neurodiversity Summit in 2026.

When a whole team asks the same AI assistant, the team can start to think alike. This talk shows leaders how to keep different thinking in the room and decide well under pressure, using ADAPT, a five-step framework for decisions under pressure.
