About Silvan Ruthenberg
Silvan Ruthenberg helps organisations design work for the minds they actually have. As Global Lead of the Institute of Neurodiversity, he co-led its growth from 11 to 40 countries and built more than 20 partnerships, including a formal association with the UN Department of Global Communications. He co-hosted the UN World Autism Awareness Day event from 2023 to 2025 and spoke at the Davos Neurodiversity Summit in 2026.
Recent work
Recent work includes training around 150 United Internet leaders in neuroinclusive leadership, in German and English. Before that, he reached 113% average quota attainment against a USD 4M annual target as Senior Account Director at LinkedIn, and worked with ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients at ISP Securities in Zürich. He has 17 years of work experience, 15 of them in project management.
Lived experience
Late-diagnosed with ADHD and autism, Silvan uses AI daily as part of how he works. He offers his own experience as one example of how strengths can show up at work, not as a rule for anyone else.
